This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several people hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
